Today, we say to flow. Do not set your sights upon things to fixedly that you lose the ability to flow in your life. It is good to recognize what one wants in life and take steps to go toward that thing, (so long as the steps are aligning,) but it isn't good to "put the blinders on" so to speak. This channel is very familiar with that phrase, as it is very common in her world of dancing. "Put the blinders on and focus in on your craft." Yes, this can be nice, but with the blinds only down you miss the sunlight outside, and the birds singing, and sometimes it becomes too stuffy with the windows always closed.

So we ask that you always take time to check in. Ask yourself if what you're doing is truly brining you joy in the present moment. And joy doesn't always have to look like laughter and a smile, sometimes it is just the best option available. When our channel speaks of always finding joy in the present moment, she if often met with challenges from others because, "You can't just always do what makes you happy." With this we would invite you to look at the entry she wrote yesterday, but we will continue with this idea:

Joy is no set emotion; it isn't like a level one reaches and then they have joy. Joy can be found in any situation because it is relative. We would offer an example in the case of wanting to fill out taxes. Someone may say, "If I only followed my joy, I would never do things like pay bills or file taxes." But, we would offer that eventually, the IRS and the late bills would pile up so high, that it would be less joyful to leave them there than to pay/file them. So, in that case, filing the taxes would be finding the joy in the present moment!

This is a small example, but can be applied to any situation. Joy doesn't always have to feel warm and tingly and like a big smile. Sometimes the joy of the moment is just doing the thing that can improve the situation in the slightest. Sometimes its just the thing that will make things the smallest bit less shitty than it was before. And then sometimes it is running through green grass and laughing so hard your stomach aches. Joy can come in all forms. Joy is relative to each situation, but joy CAN always be found.

We love you! We are proud of you.
