Today, we offer compassion. We offer it to you, and we ask they you offer it to yourself and those around you. There will always be days that you don't feel your best. There will always be days that you feel like laying in bed all morning and not getting up to greet the world, and that is okay! There is nothing wrong with having these moments, for they're human. Remember, being human is being all of the emotions and thoughts. If you were meant to only be in intuitive love, you would not have chosen to incarnate on Earth. You chose to do that and you chose this experience because there are lessons to be learned in the humanity. Your experience is happening FOR you, not TO you.

So today, this channel doesn't feel like getting up and being so bright and shiny. That is okay, and we would encourage her to not get down on herself about that, for that is where the real work lies. The work doesn't lie in making yourself feel happy all the time; the work lies in accepting your emotions in peace and love for yourself and the world. Sit with yourself in these rocky moments, (we are proud of her for simply coming to write this channel,) and love yourself in these rocky moments. Have compassion. Think, "how can I love this version of me?" Can you meditate? Can you let yourself cry? Can you take yourself for a walk? Can you get yourself a cup of tea? Maybe you can draw yourself a bath? Whatever it is that makes you feeling supported and comforted, do that for yourself. Be the loving parent to yourself in these moments and let the inner most part of you know that you are there, always. You are your own greatest and most important support!

Allow all the states to be there and be supported all the time.
